Why did I get logged out of Smartling

Any Smartling user account which is inactive for more than 60 minutes is logged out. We understand that this can be inconvenient but it is necessary to protect the security of our customers’ data. Keeping idle users logged in for an extended period of time can leave those users vulnerable to session hijacking.

If needing to log in again after a period of inactivity is a frequent issue, consider implementing a password manager to make the login process faster.
