I tried to reset my password but I still can't access the Smartling dashboard. What should I do?

If you have both tried to login and reset your password but still can't access the dashboard,you probably have not yet been set-up with access to the Smartling dashboard.

Check your inbox for an invitation to access a translation project from Smartling.

If you cannot find the email, please contact your project manager, agency owner or account owner to be granted access.
