As translations are being carried out, there may be cases when you need clarification or have queries on a particular string. For this, you can make use of the Issues functionality. If your email notifications are enabled for Issues, you will receive an email linking you to the string issue when you receive a response.
- You can see when a project has an open issue by the number noted in the Projects Dashboard, or within the project itself by going to Smartling > Projects > Content > Translations.
- To access a string issue, select Issues from the Submit to Next Step drop down menu. (This will give you a list of issue items for the string.)
- Select the issue and respond with a Comment.
